Dot was always available when we needed access and pushed the sellers for concessions. Dot recommended and arranged for at least 10 different contractors to give estimates and help with negotiations. She made the appointments and often met them to help move the process along. The sale would not have gone through without her ability to keep the process moving along. We highly recommend Dot.

As a first time home buyer, it was so important to my husband Nick and I to have a realtor that understood the type of property we were looking for, knew the towns we were searching in and respected our budget.
